Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for marketing and corporate assets, from brief intake and concept development through execution and final delivery
- Serve as the central point of contact for all design requests, managing a high volume of concurrent projects while prioritizing deadlines and business impact
- Design and produce high‑quality visual assets across formats, including PowerPoint presentations, digital graphics, infographics, email templates, and event collateral
- Enforce brand consistency across all materials, ensuring strict adherence to corporate brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone
- Lead PowerPoint design and optimization, transforming complex content into clear, visually compelling, executive‑ready presentations
- Create and edit video and motion content (e.g., short-form videos, animations, social clips) to support campaigns, events, and thought leadership
- Apply strong organizational and workflow management practices, maintaining accurate tracking of requests, timelines, and approvals
- Collaborate closely with marketing, BD, and service teams to translate requirements into effective visual solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve design processes, templates, and efficiencies to support scale and consistency
- Support reporting by preparing visual summaries and dashboards for KPIs and campaign performance where needed
Job Requirements (Minimum Education / Experience / Training / Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a design‑focused role, ideally within marketing, communications, or a fast‑paced professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Expert‑level PowerPoint skills, including layout design, visual storytelling, slide optimization, and template development
- Demonstrated experience managing high volumes of design requests with competing deadlines and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of branding principles and proven experience enforcing brand standards across diverse asset types
- Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics for marketing and social media use
- Highly organized, with strong project and workload management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong visual eye for typography, layout, and composition
- Confident communicator, able to interpret briefs, manage expectations, and work collaboratively across teams
- Proactive, process‑minded, and comfortable operating in a scaling, deadline‑driven environment
